i cant delete it. i dont know how to delete it . please plzzzzzzz help thx:D

You can delete the video by doing the following:

1. Log-in
2. Go to your account settings (click on your username on the upper-right corner of the page)
3. Click on "My channel"
4. Go to the "Submitted" tab
5. Click on "Remove from Metacafe"
