Forum Management Changes Options

Hi Everyone,

As part of our effort to make sure that Metacafe is well positioned to weather the current economic storm, we’ve had to make some tough business decisions. As you are well aware, we made changes to the Producer Rewards® program earlier this month to better align our costs with revenues. We’ve also made some personnel changes, and as a result, Efrat and Asaf Y. are no longer with the company. Miri will also be leaving at the end of this month on a long-awaited journey around the world.

What this means for all of us is that the forums will no longer be actively moderated by the Metacafe staff. We will continue to rely on our community moderators to remove spam and answer/flag questions that need to be addressed. Members of the Metacafe staff (Ariel, Timmy, Sherry, Eric Brown) will also check the forums once or twice a week.

I know that the impact of these changes is being felt by all of us on these forums…Thank you all in advance for your patience and understanding.

Looks like more rats jumping off a sinking ship...... Guess that's Karma... you screw over the producers who help build you up and have to deal with the results of that decision.
