I would love to know honestly what people think about this first effort of mine. I am thinking about making more short films or skids (maybe in the form of short series) involving these two characters. Boyfriend and Girlfriend (Dudeman & Chickgirl [sic])with super powers getting into normal everyday arguments, disputes, pranking each other, doing silly funny stuff or some other stuff that could be losely based on our true lives.

Some questions if anyone wants to answer them, I would appreciate it:

1. Would people want to see more of this kind of thing with these 2 characters?

2. Obviously I need to improve on a lot of things. Name some specific things I could work on, please:

3. Some ideas on what I can do with these 2 characters that would be entertaining for people to watch.

First of all, I think the names Dudeman and Chickgirl are quite funny smile.gif Sort of like the old cartoon characters He-Man and She-Ra biggrin.gif

I think the video would have been better with a slightly faster pace. I think there were some moments where it dragged a little.

The special effects were good amateur effects, so that was a plus. If you are going for funny though, to me flying blood is not funny, but Batman-type *ZAP* and *POW* effects, or spinning birds and stars around a person who just got hit are. Maybe you can think up some new things to happen when Chickgirl or Dudeman hit each other.

If you make future films I think the it's better when the violence is funny. I didn't think it was funny when Chickgirl took out a gun and shot Dudeman, but it was funny when Dudeman got Chickgirl in a hold, then just lightly swatted her butt. The unexpected is funny.
