Award season is here, and we want Metacafe to be named Best Video Site in The Crunchies – an award ceremony celebrating the most compelling startups, internet and technology innovations of the year, sponsored by TechCrunch, GigaOm, VentureBeat and Read/WriteWeb.

Any idea why Mashable promotes other sites on their main page but not metacafe? They have You Tube, Google, Crackle and Ifilm but not metacafe... Keith

Man the results have changed quickly. Just noticed that you can vote multiple times though over a period of a couple of days... (unintentional, just went to check the stats and I had to vote again to see the results.)

The site in second is there because they got a big button at the top of the page about the nomination so all their viewers see it and I'm sure vote for em
